Head Coach
CADEN ALEXANDER
Coach Alexander came to Crofton-Bloomfield as an assistant coach in 2015 and became the head coach in 2016. In 2017 Alexander took over the Crofton Youth Wrestling team and merged it with the Bloomfield Youth Wrestling team. Alexander formed the Crofton-Bloomfield Youth Wrestling board to assist and make decisions on the needs of the program. Alexander is involved with all levels of wrestling for Crofton-Bloomfield. Caden has also been an assistant coach for Wayne, and Norfolk Catholic, as well as being the head coach for Norfolk Catholic’s Jr. High team. Alexander is married and has three young sons. He graduated from Plainview High School in 2009 and wrestled under the guidance of Coach Dean Boyer. In his free time Caden enjoys golf, hunting, spending time with family, and helping on the family farm.
Head Assistant Coach
TREVOR WIEBELHAUS
Coach Wiebelhaus came to Crofton-Bloomfield as an assistant coach in 2016. He has also coached Bloomfield’s Jr. High wrestling team since 2014, along with the Bloomfield youth and more recently Crofton-Bloomfield youth wrestling teams since 2014. Trevor is married and has one small daughter. He graduated from Creighton High School in 2009 and wrestled under the guidance of Coach Randy Kliment. In his free time, Trevor enjoys hunting and fishing.
Assistant Coach
KLINT CONROY
Coach Conroy came to Crofton-Bloomfield as an assistant coach in 2019. He has also coached Crofton-Bloomfield’s youth wrestling team since his arrival. Coach Conroy runs the lifting program for the high school wrestling team and is one of the designated Girls’ Wrestling coaches. Klint is the school psychologist for Crofton and Bloomfield working through the ESU 1. Before coming to Crofton-Bloomfield, Conroy was an assistant coach at Gibbon for one year. Coach Conroy graduated from Pender in 2013 and wrestled under the guidance of Coach Denny Oliver. In his free time, Klint enjoys competitive powerlifting.
Assistant Coach
Michael janssen
Coach Janssen came to Crofton-Bloomfield as an assistant coach in 2015. Janssen also coached Crofton’s youth wrestling team for 11 years. Michael is responsible for transportation to practice, as well as driving the bus to competitions. Janssen also serves as a Crofton school board member. Coach Janssen is married and has three sons and a daughter. He graduated from Crofton High School in 1990. In his free time Michael enjoys farming and working with cattle.
Assistant Coach
Wil Singer
Coach Sanger came to Crofton-Bloomfield as an assistant coach in 2019. Previously he was the Head Wrestling Coach for Crofton from 2004-2012, coached the Crofton Youth Wrestling team from 2004-2017, and has coached the Crofton Jr. High wrestling team since 2005. Wil is one of the designated Girl’s Wrestling coaches. Sanger is the Industrial Technology teacher for Crofton. He is married and has three daughters out of school and one teenage son. Wil graduated from Crofton High School in 1991. In his free time, Wil enjoys hunting, trapping, and working around his small farm.
